Commercial environments

Cleaning that works around the way your site operates.

Different premises have different priorities. We build the cleaning plan around customer-facing areas, staff spaces, opening hours, footfall and the practical requirements of the site.

Hospitality

Restaurants, bars and cafés requiring reliable front-of-house presentation, washroom cleaning and agreed back-of-house support.

Retail & Showrooms

Customer-facing premises where floors, entrances, glass, displays and general presentation need to remain consistently clean.

Gyms & Studios

Fitness and studio environments with high-touch surfaces, floors, changing areas and washrooms included within an agreed specification.

Managed Buildings

Communal and shared areas for managed properties, including entrances, corridors, stairs, lifts and other agreed common spaces.

Professional & Creative Spaces

Studios, clinics where appropriate, workspaces and other commercial premises requiring regular or one-off cleaning.

Other Commercial Sites

If your premises do not fit a standard category, we can review the site and quote against the actual cleaning requirement.

Typical commercial scope

What can be included.

The final specification is agreed site by site. These are common tasks and areas that can form part of a commercial or hospitality cleaning plan.

Front-of-house & customer areas

Floors, accessible surfaces, entrances, tables where agreed, touchpoints and general presentation before or after trading.

Back-of-house areas

Staff areas, non-specialist back-of-house surfaces, floors and agreed cleaning tasks. Kitchen requirements are scoped separately where needed.

Washrooms & changing areas

Toilets, basins, mirrors, touchpoints, floors and agreed replenishment of client-provided consumables.

Floors & high-traffic areas

Vacuuming, mopping and routine floor care appropriate to the agreed service, with specialist treatments quoted separately.

Glass, entrances & presentation

Internal glass and accessible entrance glazing where agreed. External, high-level or specialist access work is quoted separately.

Periodic & specialist extras

Deep cleans, carpet cleaning, upholstery, shopfront windows and other periodic tasks can be added or quoted separately.

Specialist kitchen work: kitchen deep cleaning may be quoted where suitable, but extraction systems, ductwork, hazardous cleaning, specialist high-level access and regulated waste are outside standard commercial cleaning unless specifically assessed and agreed.
Commercial pricing

Useful starting rates. Site-led for serious contracts.

Hourly rates help with an initial estimate, but recurring commercial and hospitality contracts are normally stronger when priced against the real labour requirement, frequency, access and agreed specification.

Retail£28/h+

Starting point for straightforward commercial cleaning.

Restaurant FOH£30/h+

Customer-facing hospitality areas, subject to site scope.

Restaurant BOH£34/h+

Back-of-house cleaning where the agreed requirement is more intensive.

Kitchen deep clean£45/h+

Only after the kitchen requirement and practical scope are reviewed.

Estimate vs confirmed quotation: online rates are starting points. Final pricing can vary with site type, labour hours, frequency, opening times, access, parking/congestion, condition, specialist tasks and the agreed cleaning specification. Larger recurring contracts can be quoted as a tailored service rather than simply billed at an hourly headline rate.
How it works

From site requirement to a clear service plan.

For recurring or operationally complex premises, we prefer to understand the actual site before confirming the final commercial quotation.

01
Tell us about the site

Share the premises type, location, size, trading hours, frequency and the main cleaning requirements.

02
Define the specification

We clarify customer areas, staff areas, washrooms, floors, timing, access and any periodic or specialist requirements.

03
Build the quotation

We price the service around the required labour, frequency and scope rather than forcing every commercial site into the same package.

04
Agree the service

Schedule, access, communication and the final cleaning specification are confirmed before service starts.

Useful information before requesting a commercial or hospitality quotation.

How much does commercial cleaning cost?

Retail cleaning currently starts from £28 per cleaner-hour, restaurant front-of-house from £30 per cleaner-hour and restaurant back-of-house from £34 per cleaner-hour. These are starting points; recurring and larger sites can be quoted against an agreed specification.

Do you clean restaurants and bars?
