4. Website enquiry forms and Formspree

Our quotation form currently uses Formspree to receive and route form submissions. Information entered into the form is therefore transmitted to and processed through Formspree before it reaches us. Formspree states that submissions are stored in its service and that it supports GDPR compliance and data-processing safeguards.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for a cleaning quotation.

5. Who we may share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, receive enquiries, communicate with customers, provide IT or security services, or deliver requested cleaning services where this is necessary. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

6. International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used as required by applicable data protection law.

7. How long we keep information

At the date of this notice, the YM Apex Cleaning website does not intentionally use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising/behavioural tracking scripts. We therefore do not currently display a marketing-cookie consent banner.

Our hosting, security or form-service providers may process limited technical information or use technologies that are necessary for security, network delivery or requested functionality. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking in future, we will update this notice and implement the appropriate user controls where required.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through the website and use reputable hosting and form-processing services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Marketing

Submitting a quotation enquiry does not by itself sign you up to a marketing mailing list. If we introduce email or other direct marketing, we will handle it in line with applicable UK data-protection and electronic-marketing rules.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our website, suppliers or data-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
